I remember getting a call on my cell phone from Michael Campbell. It was a Friday morning and I was winding down my working day to head to downtown Vancouver to go to a concert to see the ’80’s parody metal act Gwar…

Michael said “Colin, drop whatever plans you have tonight because Ken McCarthy has been reviewing your astounding success and wants you to have dinner with him tonight”

So I agreed to drop my plans for the night and meet for dinner and miss the opening bands at the Commodore Ballroom (The Commodore is an amazing venue with spring loaded dance floor) and have dinner with Michael and Ken.
